"Rooms (221 & 219) were large and clean. Bedding was comfortable and enjoyed a good couple of nights sleep. Coffee & Food was excellent although pricey (this is typical in any Accor facility to offset their Accor Club dining discounts). Staff were excellent (long suffering)from front of house to restaurant and housekeeping. Be prepared for pandemonium during the weekend with kids and tired or entitled parents. Huge range of activites (indoor/outdoor pools, taboggan, ice rink, gym, kids train etc)...

"One of the most memorable views from a hotel room I’ve ever had the privilege to experience. The view from the terrace is unmatched both day and night, assuming you have a clear sky for star gazing. The room itself was comfortable but quite tired. Lots of scuffs, wear and tear. Clearly it has been much loved for many years but is in need of a minor face lift.
