The bed was so comfortable. I usually have to take my own pillow from home because hotel pillows are hard but this hotel has the best pillows. The staff was amazing and very helpful. We accidently left our swim suits when we checked out and they were so great in loading them on the room and holding them for us to pick up at a later date. Will definitely stay here again when we are in Lethbridge for the weekend.

I booked a room with a bedroom as I have children and like the options a room with a bedroom offers me. I was given a room without a bedroom and told THAT was the room I booked, despite it not having a bedroom. They gave me a proper room 1 night but I had to move the 2nd night. I don't know how it happened, but I don't know why I would take a chance booking with you or with that hotel again when the basics can't work out. I was told to call Expedia or the hotel AFTER I booked to make sure the room I booked was in fact the room I booked, which is an insult.

We loved staying her the pool was so much fun with my 3 kids! This hotel location is perfect for food, gas and shopping. My only complaint is we had a room looking overlooking the pool and it smelled like chlorine, but it wasn’t a deal breaker. We have one son with autism and one with a mental health disorder and the smell bothered them but it wasn’t a big enough deal to switch rooms. Overall the staff was so friendly, our room was clean, and it was quiet at night. We highly recommend this hotel for families!
