Quick check in & a great room but the access door on the west side of the building, (where it was suggested I park) wasn't accessible with the swipe card I was given. Other guests kept leaving the door propped open with a rock.

Our room was clean and tidy. Some of the furniture is dated but overall it was good value for the price. The resy taurant had very good food for a reasonable price. Server was efficient and friendly. Happy with our stay and would definitely stay there again.

The staff was great. The property not so much. We stayed here on our way to Cranbrook and had our 2 saint Bernese dogs with us. It was very hot weather and the air conditioning in our room did not cool our room. The staff found us a fan and brought it to us. Great staff, not a great property.

Overall nothing wrong here, just an older tired hotel. Beds were decent and clean, food in restaurant was good. Just could use some updating and paint. No issues to stay here however.

Overall okay affordable hotel. Out of date despite some recent painting. Lighting in the halls was odd with some poorly lit areas and other areas very bright. Found it unusual there were no deadbolts in the rooms. Beds/pillows were quite soft, linens were clean and comfortable. Great if your just looking for an affordable place to sleep.
