"The property was a good price for Seattle. We were able to find street parking during our three night stay. The common area was nice, although we never used it. The biggest bummer was not being able to use the television during our entire stay. The remote was broken and didn’t work when we put new batteries in. We let them know on the first day and the response was “I’ll let the housekeeper know.” We wouldn’t stay there again although it’s not a bad option."

"We were first sent to the Wall Street which was terrible. It looked nothing like the photos. It may have been Expedia’s fault for having the wrong photos up. Wall Street is run down. I informed a property manager that night via email & no response. The next morning another property manager texted asking how my stay is & I informed her of the issue. "This place was great. clean, ready on time, communication and instructions were perfect. There were 6 adults and plenty of room for us. We drove in and used Lift to get around. not close enough to walk to downtown or stadiums but a nice location. Our whole party was loved it."

"Historic property two blocks up from Pioneer Square, centrally located. There's a polar bear in the lounge and walruses on the facade who could ask for more. The vibe is old gentlemen's club, Yukon/Alaska explorer. The hotel is close to 100 years old, the property is well maintained, Don't expect new and fancy. The staff are friendly, professional, and ver helpful. The rooms are very spacious and well furnished. The bathrooms are also large and roomy, I had a large soaking tub. Best of all, the price is reasonable, the food in the Polar Lounge is tasty, the drinks generous and the polar bear glows in the dark. Looking forward to my next adventure. Thank you Arctic Club Seattle! "
