Easy check in breakfast was good deal needed more then the 2 child size pillows I asked and they had me 2 big pillows in five min to room can’t ask for better service then that front desk guy was great.

Lovely quiet hotel dog friendly.
Lovely gentleman at front desk, easy check in Room was great ! Top tip ask for room 108-106-104 you get outside balance with table and chairs. Lovely quiet are.

The staff were excellent and we visited the old part of Lescar which was really stunning with the cobbled streets. There were shopping amenities also on the outskirts.

Room was cold with heating through the AC not working, bed was not very comfortable. I use Ibis. I’d get hotels and this one is very dated outside of the reception area

Awful, just awful - there’s basic & there’s trash!
Heating in the room didn’t work, bed was uncomfortable, hotel looks like one of the first Ibis Budget conversions and is now very dated. Needless to say I won’t be staying again.

L'hôtel était propre et confortable En revanche j'ai réservé une chambre avec un lit bébé et la demande de lit bébé n'a pas était prise en compte ... Les hôtel Ibis budget n'en tiendrait pas compte sur les demandes en ligne d'après le réceptionniste C'est un gros point noir, et il faut le savoir car ça peut être vraiment très problématique

Situé à proximité de Pau et des principales voies d'accès, il permet de rejoindre facilement les sites touristiques de la région tout en offrant un cadre paisible. nous sommes passés avant de nous rendre chez nos amis pour avoir les détails concernant l'entrée à l'hôtel et la clé de la chambre. Ce code ne nous avait pas été donné par mail, et nous ignorions à quelle heure de la nuit nous allions rentrer. rien à dire sur l'état de la chambre et des sanitaires très propres. cependant nous avons été réveillés, et ça vous n'êtes pas responsable, par les clients bruyants et les enfants qui couraient dans le couloir.
