"Definitely not a 4-star hotel. Barely a 3-star hotel. While the front desk staff was really nice (except for one guy), this hotel had way too many issues. The room looked outdated and dirty, the A/C was not working properly, no WiFi in our room (try a 4-day stay with teenagers and no Wi-Fi), mold in the showers. "Terrible overall, we did not stay. Left upon checking in. The front desk was helpful Very hard to find the reception upon arrival. Is a huge complex, shared with other hosts. It is more like residential buildings, looked very creepy and unsafe. "Old facilities and fittings. Everything worked but it is all a bit tired. The mattress is surprisingly unsupportive but the water is hot and the bath is bigger than in most hotels. Perfectly situated if you have to go to court or if you want to take the train to Cannes "

"Location is solid. However, I will flag a few things: -Get ready to walk up a few stair cases inside the building depending where your room is. -at night you do hear quite a bit of street noise. I’m talking about 4,5,6am. A car driving (I think it’s some type of trash service or something at the time) -some reviews I saw before booking mentioned possible bed bugs which of course had me a bit unsettled but can confirm there were ZERO. All that being said, I would book there again. "

"I spent 4 nights at this beautiful property and I enjoyed every minute of it. This hotel is so luxurious you will not be disappointed. All the staff were so friendly and very accommodating. The area is perfect, tons of dining options and luxury stores all walking distance. I definitely recommend staying here, 10/10 experience and I can’t wait to return."
