"Terraces del Tartar is a scam. The company that offers these ski flats Andorra Chalet advertises 3.5 stars accommodation with a balcony. But allocated a dingy flat in private residence in a building called Roc, no where near the building Terraces del Tartar. Expedia are following up to get a refund, eventually these guys will have to learn a legal lesson on the consequences of false advertising."
