"Honestly, one of the worst places I have stayed in a while. Check-in was good and staff were helpful. However, from there it deteriorated quickly. The room was dated and very basic. No grill, no toaster, coffee machine was there but there was moldy coffee left in it. Walls had been repaired in a really poor way in places and the equipment was old and not clean. "Not a great experience. They never replied to my emails asking about facilities. Confirmation and T&C's only sent to me on day of arrival. It only took 5 hours for someone to give us a key to get in. Oh and don't forget to take your own cups and glasses to make up for what's missing. "Friendly and accommodating staff. Breakfast was a good spread with delicious breads, fruits, meats, cheeses, etc. room had a good shower and updated bathroom with a lovely mountain view. "Le Clos Cerdan is a great place to stay because everything is right there. The rooms are very freshly redone and spacious with artful lighting. They have a bar and restaurant so no need to drive anywhere, and the view is spectacular. We had a rainy few days so the steam room and sauna were a treat when it was too cold to walk outside. There's also plenty of parking. Next time we'll bring our tennis rackets!"

"For those looking for a nice and quiet place near Puigcerda. There is absolutely nothing at Age. No bar, no supermarket, no restaurant, nothing... Puigcerda is a 30-45 minute walking. However, you need a car because walking on the road is neither easy nor safe. Therefore Cal Marrufes location has problems and advantages. Excellent service, good breakfast and, what is very precious coming from Barcelona, SILENCE."
