"The staff were amazing and helpful. We were able to borrow chargers and charge our phones in the computer. Free breakfast was a plus. The staff also called taxi out for us. "

Rooms are pretty small, air conditioning unit was poor, didn’t really have an impact and was cooler to sleep with the balcony door open! Rooms were not hugely soundproof. Housekeeping was a bit poor. Had to keep going down to reception for things the housekeeping didn’t top up e.g. milk, shower gel, even toilet paper!"

"We enjoyed a fantastic couple of nights at Hotel L’Eautel Toulon Port. We loved the overall nautical theme of the hotel and found all the staff to be helpful and courteous. Our large family room was spacious, clean and quiet, the beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels in the bathroom. Our teenage children really enjoyed the rooftop pool which was fun! We has breakfast in the hotel which was absolutely delicious - there was everything you could ask for all so fresh and plentiful....

"I'm eating this five stars, but I do have some specific caveats that won't mean much to many people. The hotel is excellent. It's located between the train station and road where many buses stop, and much of the city of Toulon is walkable from here. My main caveat was about the WiFi. It's fast but restricted in some very specific ways, and a little unreliable in poor weather too. For most people this'll be fine, it's good enough to mitigate the dent in your roaming data. But I found myself...

"What we did not like: Bathroom has nowhere to hang wet towels and bathrobes, we can see the hooks behind the door were removed; the toilet needs a good scrub, colored stains can be seen near the bottom of the bowl - probably water stain? What we liked - the room is very spacious, the bed linens are clean and very comfortable, we also liked the soft pillows. We were able to rest very well. And we also appreciate the very gracious and friendly staff."

"Very nice stay. Since the property didnt hv lift and the staff saw us with heavy luggages ,they kindly upgraded us to the Trefle room on the ground floor. The room is very spacious and cozy. Will be staying again next when we are around the area"

"The hotel advertisement is not clear in that these are a mixture of building and chalets. You will need multiple lifts to get to the restaurant and swimming area. This can be long if your chalet is fair away. The room was not clean, no soap was provided, bed sheets were dirty, the floor had not been cleaned, no internet in any of the rooms, no complimentary drinks. "Hotel is conveniently located next to the port. Area is very walkable to beaches, restaurants, shops, boats. Hotel staff was great. Manon at the front desk was exceptional. And Lilla at the bar was magnificent. Room was clean, modern and spacious. Bathtub was fantastic. Great service and attention."

"Not the best area tbh but close to Avenue 83. The rooms are tired and a night with breakfast was 80 euros. An Ibis is better and cheaper."
