From the guy running the parking, reception and all the staff we Matt were both polite and helpful. Clearly, extremely well trained. We were upgraded to a terrace room overlooking the lake, which was absolutely fantastic as was the quality of all aspects of the accommodation. Definitely recommend anyone staying here.
