Rotten frames with single glazed windows that were icey on the inside. No heating the first night in temperatures of -9 degrees. Went to reception multiple times to ask for a plug in heater and extra bedding as the whole hotel was cold and the temperatures outside were freezing. It took at least 12 visits to reception, multiple messages to the hotel and Expedia to intervene before we eventually received extra bedding four days later. If there had been availability at another hotel for the duration of our 8 night stay then we would have checked out and move, but unfortunately there wasn’t and due to heavy snow our car wasn’t safe to drive as we saw multiple vechicles stuck when trying to move in the hotel carpark.
Food served in the restaurant was nice but the plates were cold. They were stacked in plate warmers that were not turned on.
This property is listed as 3 star on Expedia but not on their own website and it isn't 3 star. There is no room service or daily housekeeping which it also states on Expedia.
Heating is centrally controlled with small radiators in the rooms that are blocked by furniture. There is no radiator in the bathroom to dry towels or ski clothing.
I feel extremely let down by the customer service within the hotel and also with Expedia for falsely advertising the facilitates at this hotels which doesn’t look as if the rooms have been touched in decades. The walls, skirting and flooring are all very marked and look unclean.
