"Great location, over the road from the train station, 5 minute walk to the lake, tram stop right outside of the hotel to go elsewhere and shops within walking distance. hotel was lovely, rooms were clean and had everything we needed, the guy at reception was great, friendly and helpful. "We stayed for a week and found the location to be really convenient as we didn’t have a car and were walking or using trains and buses. Hotel is really close to a nice CooP in the underground shopping mall which was handy for snacks etc. Didn’t try the breakfast in the hotel as it was quite expensive. Our welcome was good and no issues with our room which was very quiet on the 5th floor. One thing to note if travelling from another country is to check your travel adapter works in Switzerland. It isn’t the same as other European cities. "
