Thebpropeety its nice the areas are great you are close to shopping transportstion easy access to hotel staff very polite downtown its veru close so you can do yoir shopping or just enjoy a nice afternoon at the fountain and watched the bussiang of the town also there are lots of restaura ts with great and well preoced food

The hotel was well-located and was minutes away from the historic centre. However, the hotel itself was rundown. As there was no elevator, I had to walk up two flights of stairs with my suitcase, the toilet in the room was filled with hair and feces, there was barely any water to flush the toilet and since the shower stall/door did not latch, water poured on to the bathroom floor. However, the water was hot, there was a floor fan to cool down the stuffy room and the internet was adequate. No restaurant in the hotel.

Todo muy bien , solo que si les falla los ventiladores no avientan tanto aire ,para mi está bien pero donde hubiéramos sido 2 personas más no se soportaría el calor , bueno es una observación pero todo lo demás excelente

súper caliente la habitación, era habitación para cuatro personas y no había clima, y solo nos dieron un pequeño abanico que ni ventilaba nada de aire preguntamos si podíamos cambiarnos la habitación aunque paguemos extra y nunca nos resolvieron y el baño no servía

Considero que al momento de adquirir el servicio dentro del Hotel, deben de tener las precauciones necesarias en el Estacionamiento ( Aclaró no sufrimos ningún percance) pero llegando hay un letrero en el que ellos dejan claro que no se hacen responsables de la seguridad del automóvil, al igual que la señora que nos atendió en recepción respondía de forma grosera, le preguntamos de esta cuestión y solo nos respondió que es como todo, dándonos a entender que les da lo mismo.
