The staff were very friendly and the check in process was very nice. The amenities were quite limited, but that was acceptable. My biggest complaint was the low water pressure in the shower, which made it difficult to shower properly. In addition, the water did not heat up well in the morning, so the shower was more cold than hot.

Good area, walkable to everyplace. Was at 5th floor and noise was absolutely terrible. Extremely firm mattress and pillow. Shower either had boiling water or freezing water. Area good; however, you won’t sleep. Will not stay again.

Buen alojamiento, la única critica seria que esten pendientes de la limpieza de las habitaciones porque luego te encuentras que a tu regreso no encuentras la habitación hecha y toca esperar 30 minutos en recepción, algo un poco molesto para los huéspedes. Por lo demás, todo bien.

Para dormir en el centro de León

El establecimiento es sencillo… sin mayores lujos y sí mucha comodidad para la entrada… muy automatizado. Se nota que ha sido renovado últimamente y, sin embargo, conserva elementos como el bidé… para nosotros un acierto. Como crítica, hay que tener cuidado con los cristales que dan a los servicios de la habitación, porque de noche no se ve la diferencia y se puede tener un accidente.

Tuve un problema porque la caldera de agua caliente no funcionada y mi queja va contra hoteles.com que hizo bien poco por ayudarme. Al final el propio hostal me alojó en otro establecimiento que tenían pero que no tenía nada que ver con el que había reservado, micho más viejo y en peores condiciones
