"While the location and property itself is fine, it is in a high standard with artsy feel there is one major shortcoming. Apparently hotel has this weird “policy” whereby they assume guests do not want room cleaned (for staying more than one night) unless they inform the staff they wanted room cleaned or put a “sign” on the door saying you want room cleaned. "It was a great stay here. The service was wonderful, and the quality of the room was top. HOWEVER, the pillows and the shower are terrible. The pillows, there should be hard and soft pillows, they were very uncomfortable to sleep on. "Nice apartment/hotel. Very close to a supermarket, and walking distance to the bus stop. If you don’t mind walking about 10-15 minutes, you can get to some of the main streets with lots of shopping and restaurants, and even to the main plaza (Hauptplatz). "I had a WONDERFUL stay. I was attending the LIDO SOUNDS festival in Linz, and was having trouble getting a taxi. The owner's family helped me get one - they invited me to sit down with them, offered me something to drink while i waited (it was a VERY hot day). "I arrived on Sunday, September 29. Neither my reservation with Expedia nor the hotel's site mentioned that the hotel front desk as well as the hotel is closed on Sunday. not good for EV owners

"good: got a nice upgrade, good breakfast, good area, close to city center. inconvinient: we were there with an electric car, there are 4 chargers in the parking, but the parking is public so you only get 4h to charge then you either start again or move the car, i undersant that is good so everybody gets a spot to charge but when you arrive in the evening and want to sleep to go after 4h to restart charching and then again after 3h to move the car you don't get much sleep. or you do as i did pay extra for not moving the car, all night there was only my car so it was a little bit dumb to be charged for not moving."
