Neat and comfortable rooms (some are really huge) with DSTV and WIFI. Cosy honesty bar on premises.Safe of street parking. "We arrived, the owner refused to open saying Hotels.com never sent her the confirmation. when finally we proved we had paid, we were allowed in after over an hour of sitting outside and the gate was not working. The area was difficult to find and was not in a safe area. The rooms were not as in the pictures, the water was cold. the staff were very unfriendly and inhospitable. The venue was also undergoing renovations and was incredibly dusty and unsafe."

"We tried spending a night here. And initially there was seemingly decent communication, but it wasn’t made clear that where we picked up the keys (at security) was over 4 km away. So arriving in darkness at the entrance/gate to the accommodation became worrisome as the entrance / security was in utter darkness. Not a soul in sight. We ended up elsewhere for the night, as the accomdation here was unreachable by phone or other means. And no reimbursement. Not impressed."

"Overall it was not a pleasant stay. We were given the room with no water. After lodging in the complaint we were allocated with another room which had no warm or hot water. Imagine a cold shower in the morning. Guesthouse webpage says free breakfast under amenities but we were told it's not inclusive we must pay for it. This we found was not right as it was misleading."
