"Everything was great."

"The property was in a very good location. The decor seemed a little on the romantic/sexual side of things, but it was very accommodating. The whole building was very clean and the staff was extremely nice. We arrived late and the door was locked and when we buzzed, we had someone come around and get us to get around. The staff was very nice and took us back over to the self check-in kiosks and it went very smoothly after that. We did not have any issues at all the entire stay."

"We enjoyed our stay in the town of Zeist. Quiet and very close to nature. The rental bikes were well maintained and it took us 35 minutes (one way) to cycle to Utrecht. The hotel has a really nice cafe that is open late. The front desk were pleasant and they let us check in early! The room was clean and the bathroom had a nice sized tub. My only complaint is that the hotel smelled “old” if you know what I mean. It took getting used to."

"Among the many positives; Kind staff (cleaning team!! and front desk). Even the renovation workers were also considerate. Very quiet and relaxing in the evening. The suite room was very comfortable. The bath was also such a lovely addition, great for my kid to enjoy. There were lobby seating areas that looked very pleasant to enjoy a chat. Very minor downsides: The baggage carts were challenging to steer. The lifts were quite small, so a baggage cart and a person is difficult to fit into the...

It’s on a very quiet safe street, but within walking distance of the center of city with restaurants and shopping nearby. The staff were very friendly and generous. The rooms were clean and quiet. Highly recommend!"
