"I contacted the hotel in middle of the night to arrange airport transfer. They replied within 5 minutes & that gave me confidence that they look after their guests. Room was was spacious, nice and cleaned daily. I requested a room change and this was done without hesitation. "The staff was very attentive and accommodating and really tried to make everything perfect. In all the years I have stayed in Ethiopia, this is one of the few comfortable hotel beds I have had. I was thankful for good sleep at night. Th laundry service was also good. The free breakfast night was extensive and very good and the dining room atmosphere was very pleasant."
