"Had an issue with a shelf falling when we hung somethings on the hanging rod, and air conditioning didnt work. Went to front desk and explained and they investigated and moved us to the next room. Which was good and we had breakfast and dinner included in our stay. Quite lovely."

"Firstly we had to pay to upgrade our room After a bad storm the room leaked water in and we all woke up with wet sheets and a wet mattress. The rooms are very basic and good do with a refresh the shower was awfull. The staff are fantastic very helpful and polite and great with kids. The place was ..."
