My stay at this hotel was wonderful. I did not realize how big the suites were. We decided to get a suite with 2 queen beds. It was very spacious. The staff were very welcoming, friendly, and helpful. We stayed on the 2 floor. The only downside was having 1 elevator. I have a 1 year old so the stairs were not an option. Other than that, the stay was great.

The wife had issues with sinuses each morning. Don't know what caused this as it did not bother me. It could have been that she is sensitive to whatever cleaning solution may be used.

The place is clean. The carpet in the hallway is kinda showing it's age but it was relatively clean apart from some stains. My room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The Internet was a little slow but that could be because there were a lot of people staying at the hotel. I plan to stay here again in a month.

An alarm went off 2x during the night, i asked iwhy at the front desk in the morning and they had no idea. Pool was closed. And Covid breakfast was not good. It was ok

The staff was always on their phones or at the front entry smoking and acted like we were bothering them if we needed assistance. None of the front desk workers wore a mask, and if they did it was tucked below their nose and chin and basically useless. I was disappointed overall with the experience.
