The staff was accommodating, friendly and extremely helpful. The overall hotel was quite outdated, which could have been why it appeared a bit dirty. No cleaning in the room during a multiple night stay. Many minor issues in the room that could have been addressed- slow drain, tv mount sagging (almost falling off the wall) ,etc.

We were here 5 years ago and had a wonderful experience. This time, not so much as the room was much smaller than the photos represented. The breakfast was excellent but the overall condition of the property was showing signs of wear and tear. Overall the whole experience of Leavenworth has been vastly degraded with street closures and rough side walks making it almost impossible for the disabled.

Staff was pleasant and communication was great! There was an awesome complimentary breakfast. Our only complaint is the beds were a little broken down and not super comfy.

We had a nice stay on this hotel. The location is quite convenient as it's located along the main town street and is only a short walk to the main POIs. Room was clean and had a second sink and mirror which is always convenient.
