"Great room, loved the room. Great everything, except the jacuzzi tub. It was not cleaned. Did not use that at all. Nasty!!! The washing machine did not work. However, will come back for another room and view point and bring the family. Was such a cozy and special place to visit. "

"We loved the amount of room in the villa we stayed in. Everything you could possibly need was there. We highly recommend this place. They also have tether ball, a pickle ball court, horseshoes, basketball court, ping pong, outdoor grilling area. Would be great to be there when pool is open. It was a beautiful property. "

"It was ok but i expected better. The office was a little difficult to find. The showers did not work well...there was barely any hot water and it made a loud high pitch sound during use. There was wood rot on the outside to the point where it had a smell to it. Their onsite restaurant is overpriced and the food is not very good. It was winter time so we didnt experience the pools."

"From the check in to the check out the front desk Employee she made me feel right at home and was very kind. We will definitely be back thank you for the lovely stay."

"There are 2 buildings on the property, the photos in the listing are of the updated building, we stayed in the older or less updated building. The condo was clean and comfortable, check in was easy, and the elevator was an added benefit to access the unit. The exterior flooring was wooden decking which was loud when people walked by with suitcases or the housekeeping carts. Overall it was nice, easily accessible and in a great location. "

"It was a nice, safe place. The view from the patio was nice. The lawn on the golf course was well taken care of. The squirrels were definitely entertaining. The stay was comfortable. The property had a few issues mostly small things. The patio door was hard to open which could be difficult for older occupants. The HVAC unit is on the porch which was a little loud since it is right outside the bedroom. We would stay there again. Parking was good which is great compared to many places. "

"My wife and I decided to stay in Branson a few days and reading the reviews this looked like it would be good place. It is a nice hotel, clean rooms, nice amenities and very friendly staff, breakfast was very good and plentiful. We had to leave a day early due to a snow storm (8.5 in) and everything shutting down but would have enjoyed staying longer."

"Hotel Grand Victorian was everything we hoped for. Extremely clean rooms, delicious breakfast and expert staff. We had the joy of speaking with Don at the front desk when we arrived and we chatted for quite some time, what a wonderful greeting! They have “tea time” with hit tea and cookies and we definitly enjoyed that! "

"We loved the large suite and balcony with view of the lake. Although it was too cold to sit outside it was still fun to see the lake. It was nice to have the refrigerator and microwave to make hot tea and appreciated the Kureig in the room. The living room furniture was a bit outdated and not the most comfortable, but everything was clean and we would definitely stay again. Thanks for a sweet getaway."
