"Nice swimming pool and big clean room with big bathroom (we had a family studio). Staff very friendly and big underground car park available on site. The only thing is that given the location you need the car to go out for dining, shopping and to the beach, but this goes without saying if you look at where the hotel is located on the map."

"I have stayed 7 nights and relied on public transports in order to visit Nice, Cannes and Monaco. The breakfast wasn't great, but I did take coffees upstairs to the accommodation and had some pastries I bought at the supermarket nearby. There were thunderstorms at some point and I had to stay indoors, and it was quiet and relaxing and I just watched Netflix. "We saw all the terrible reviews on our way to this stay so we were definitely nervous! However on arrival we were relieved, from the outside and reception it is not the most glamorous hotel and if you’re expecting “hotel service” don’t, it is a very basic place, the room itself was clean and very spacious, kitchenette worked great and we saved heaps home cooking meals this week, we couldn’t work out the AC unit however the fan worked fine! "Spent 6 nights at this property. Location was excellent - easily walkable to town centre, bus and train stations, so a great base to explore the Cote D'Azur. Staff very friendly and helpful in the lead up and when checked in. Apartment was clean and had everything we needed for the week."

"Property is perfectly located for Antibes old town, antibes and beaches on bothe the east and west coasts. Plenty of places to eat and drink, buy groceries etc. Accomodation had just about everything we required for 2 people but 4 would be a struggle. Good views, pleasant staff. Very happy to return."

"We have stayed here many times with variable opinions each time. The location is fabulous but the place is beginning to look tired and in need of a good refurbishment, especially the bathrooms. It is a large property and the inflated price reflects the location not the property itself, considering you only get one set of towels per person, have to strip beds and clean at the end of the stay otherwise you are charged. Perfect locatoin & nice perks

"We've used Okko hotels at least half a dozen times: Paris, Nice, Toulon, Cannes. They are always in super convenient locations for travelers, and while rooms re smallish for N Am hotels, very cleverly designed, with the perks that matter. Really good bed linens, fast hot showers, safes, etc. Al the Okkos we've been in also offer BIG stylish lounge areas with coffee, juices, waters, snacks available all day for guests. At the Cannes location that lounge area is on the 7th (6th European) floor with views and an outdoor terrace. Something we've enjoyed very much both times we've stayed here. Literally step off the train, in two minutes you're at the hotel and within a couple blocks of pretty cafes, great restaurants, both cool & luxurious shops - five minutes to the waterfront. Absolutely a winner!"

Great facilities and friendly, helpful staff

"Really enjoyed our stay. The staff were all lovely and super helpful, going above and beyond to help us when some travel related issues occurred. Room (apartment) was very well equipped and kept spotless by housekeeping. Bed was comfortable and we found it quiet when trying to sleep. Sea view rooms might have a little more road noise at times. Location is also fabulous, just across the street from the sea and also very convenient with only a few (5-10) minutes stroll up to the Antibes Marché provençal, for example. There is a bus stop a few meters from the hotel entrance (which we used only once). The train station is a 20 minute walk. You can get a bus to the hotel from Pôle d'échanges beside the train station, but depending on the schedule it may be quicker to walk. The hotel had a bunch of amenities that we never used, just because we were out and about. We would definitely return and stay at this hotel again."
