The check-in experience at this property was top notch. I originally booked another hotel, but after arriving realized it did not work for my family we decided to move. We called Hotel du Palais Royale to inquire about options to fit a family of 4 and ultimately booked their Eifel Tower Suite. We arrived at the hotel less than 30 minutes after booking and the amount of work they did to set-up for our arrival was astonishing. We arrived to two handwritten notes and multiple welcome amenities in our room. When we came back later in the day they had dropped off even more items for our kids (stuffed animals, a book, candy). Throughout our stay, everyone was very accommodating. The only negative was their bar service. We stopped for a drink at their bar on our last evening and it took over 20 minutes to get 4 drinks, even though the bar did not appear to be very busy.

After a long flight, it was nice finding a happy birthday wish accompanied by a bottle of wine. Room was a duplex and very pretty. Excellent breakfast. Great staff support..

"Such a really cool hotel , but if your staying here for the balcony view , you have to get a room that is on the Eiffel Tower side , if you get a “garden “ view , it’s nothing more than some bushes and a little grass . There was no way of seeing the Eiffel Tower from the hotel other than the rooms ..."
