"The Rosa Hotel is beautifully decorated and conveniently located near to both of Lille's train stations and to the city centre. The superior room was warm, clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The lounge area is a bonus. I'd happily stay here again."

"Rooms were very comfortable and a good size. Staff very welcoming and good customer service. We had a lovely stay. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. We had interconnecting rooms which was perfect for our family. However one of the showers was weak and not up to standard. The pool and spa was very clean. For the size and standard of hotel, perhaps more facilities like more showers and amenities would have been even better"

"Beautiful room in a central location. Like many old buildings, there is no lift access and reception is up a staircase so you’ll need to haul your bags up and down flights of stairs. Not staffed after 9.30pm so you need to call someone off site to open to door for access. "Its okay for the price, a bit of a walk from the city centre about 28 minutes walk but doable. The only down side i see is that the room does not have blinds or curtains. Also the individual beds doesnt have partitions nor curtains for privacy. Also needs to bring padlock as its not a hightech hostel."
