"We saw all the terrible reviews on our way to this stay so we were definitely nervous! However on arrival we were relieved, from the outside and reception it is not the most glamorous hotel and if you’re expecting “hotel service” don’t, it is a very basic place, the room itself was clean and very spacious, kitchenette worked great and we saved heaps home cooking meals this week, we couldn’t work out the AC unit however the fan worked fine! "Terrible overall, we did not stay. Left upon checking in. The front desk was helpful Very hard to find the reception upon arrival. Is a huge complex, shared with other hosts. It is more like residential buildings, looked very creepy and unsafe. Very outdated, old…. bad crowd everywhere, like street trash….the room was with no double queen or king beds…. old apartments We left right away"

"Old facilities and fittings. Everything worked but it is all a bit tired. The mattress is surprisingly unsupportive but the water is hot and the bath is bigger than in most hotels. Perfectly situated if you have to go to court or if you want to take the train to Cannes "

"Location is solid. However, I will flag a few things: -Get ready to walk up a few stair cases inside the building depending where your room is. -at night you do hear quite a bit of street noise. I’m talking about 4,5,6am. A car driving (I think it’s some type of trash service or something at the time) -some reviews I saw before booking mentioned possible bed bugs which of course had me a bit unsettled but can confirm there were ZERO. All that being said, I would book there again. "

"Liked: huge balcony, smart layout of the flat, good quality equipment, 3 fans, nice pizzerias (Pizza du Pub) Didn't like: flat itself is a bit small, kid's kit didn't include bathtub although advertised on their leaflets that it is there, broken safe box, balcony door very hard to lock therefore exposing ourselves to theft, not enough sunbeds"

"When we arrived, we were greeted by two staff members and their feline mascot—because what's a hotel without a house cat, right? This place is pet-friendly, and although we spotted a dog or two here and there (plus the aforementioned kitty), it seems like an ideal spot for animal lovers. Our room was dope. Cozy for two people but still equipped with all the essentials: plenty of outlets (you can never have too many!), an electric kettle, a coffee maker, and a safe for our valuables. The bathroom? Spotless. No weird odors or mildew. However, the mystery of the missing shower curtain left us doing our best not to splash the entire bathroom into a tropical storm zone. All we could do was try... Located just outside the hustle and bustle of Cannes' beachfront, the hotel provided a much-needed peaceful retreat. There’s no laundry service, but fear not, we were kindly pointed toward a laundromat conveniently around the corner—because adulting never takes a vacation. The reception staff was very friendly, and the breakfast crew worked like maniacs but remained helpful and cheery. All in all, cool digs!"
