"The property is stunning. However, more training is needed for the staff. Ordered food from one of the pool bars and after an hour, my food never arrived. The remote in my room didnt work, i requested service, it never came. I asked for menus to the restaurants to determine where to go for dinner and no one could get this information for me. So, with some training, this has the potential to be a 5 star resort"

"Absolutely loved everything about the JW Marriott Le Morne! The setting is dreamy, the sea is so transparent, the staff is kind, caring and efficient. The rooms and common areas/restaurant are so tastefully decorated. I rate this hotel well above some more famous Mauritian establishments, such as Le St Geran. When in Mauritius, I will always go back to this hotel. Thanks for making our stay a truly memorable one!!!!"

"I had an amazing stay. The service level was very high throughout. Excellent rooms with everything you need, clean and well designed. I went on two trips, but otherwise stayed at the hotel. Was worried before my trip if I’d get bored, but there was plenty to do, the food selection was plenty (6 restaurants) and the view, beach and garden were absolutely stunning. Only minor hiccup was the WiFi connection outside the lobby area wasn’t the best. I bought an eSIM and that solved it. Amazing hike in...
