"Every thing is nice "

"On the selected date, we could not reach the property as our flight was canceled but booked this hotel for 3 days later and requested credit for the 1st day Nov 27th that we could not stay due to canceled flight. Would appreciate if the 1st night's stay is refunded but the hotel denied it. We booked through expedia. Hopefully we get a refund as we booked for the next three consecutive days from Nov 28 to Nov 30th. We liked this hotel very much but the hotel can be a little flexible if the reasons are beyond the control of customers like a flight delay. Expedia requested for refund and it was delayed and they have requested again but didn't hear back -Nagarajan Ravishankar"

"Perfect location, great for families, safe , well maintained, plenty of places to eat nearby.....no complaints at all....do not give a second thought... "

"This is a really fun little room to relax in before or between flights. Not your average hotel - our bed and TV were cosy for watching a movie. My only complaint is the seeming obsession with vacuuming. When we arrived, a loud vacuum was operating in the main area of the hotel, then at 8am there was prolonged vacuuming in the hallway outside our room with two male employees talking loudly for over five minutes - not moving far from our door the entire time. Then we came down to the lobby/restaurant for breakfast and an employee was vacuuming the area the entire time again - in this case for over 15 minutes straight. The hotel is nice and clean but it wasn’t a relaxing environment with respect to that. All of the employees were lovely though and I would absolutely return again. "

"Lovely staff throughout, rooms are sizeable, good shower, hot water, clean towels, comfortable beds. Breakfast was the usual continental, hot food available at cost. The evening buffet was good value with reasonable selection. The pool with slides and pirate boat was great fun, as is soft play. Shuttle to Disney is frequent though packed. Handy for a shopping trip to Val’d Europe. Taxis seem to be flat fare so try uber, half the cost. "

"Family stay, used the city train to get around, was walking distance to the train. Hotel was very clean and comfortable. Has a "high class" atmosphere, the bar serves food as we had to eat within the hotel one night due to excess activities and the food was on good. Not like most of the Paris restaurants we ate at, but acceptable. Prices were lower than most of the Paris restaurants we ate at though."
