"Perfect location for accessing Le Mans track. Lake nearby with a beach and play area for the family. Staff friendly, welcoming and helpful. Rooms and beds are a little small but sufficient and comfortable. Very clean and serviced daily. Restaurant food ok and reasonably priced. Steaks were rather tough, perhaps it’s just the cut of meat. Overall very good and will definitely stay here again."

"We were made very welcome by the proprietor on our arrival. We were provided with drinks, madeline cakes and a rice desert. The facility is very spacious which included a separate sitting room that included a desk, a large shower and WC room with a walk in shower. "We booked the hotel last minute and staff made sure everything was ready for our arrival. The hotel is situated within walking distance to the old town and at the same time it was very quite area which we liked as we were traveling with a kid. Everything from the check-in to check-out was perfect. Definitely will come again and recommend it to all! "

"The grounds are stunning. We were greeted by a peakcock and peahens. We saw swans and horses from our balcony as well as a view of Mont Saint Michel. It’s not a hotel. It’s a family home and they request you don’t eat or drink in the rooms. They don’t have irons etc., but are very gracious and the breakfast is phenomenal. "

"The house was beautiful with very comfortable rooms and beds. However the family rooms were not interconnecting and our children had a room on another floor without a bathroom so they had to use our bathroom at night, we ended up having one adult and one child in each room as it wasn't ideal for young children. "Property was quirky but was clean and had everything we needed. We booked at very short notice & We had a loft room which was huge with a double bed for our daughter as well as us. It was on the 3rd floor with no lift which was a bit of a challenge with our luggage. Breakfast was expensive for what was available but arriving late the night before it was easiest option. Overall a nice hotel which was good value in a good location in Le Mans. "
