"We arrived at 1530, for a 1700 check in and the hotel was utter chaos. Cars everywhere on the ramp causing congestion with no way past. Eventually got into the car park and lugged all our stuff into reception by 1545. The reception area was like a zoo. Bags, skis, and people everywhere. We were eventually seen and told our room would be ready in 30 minutes and to go back. 30 minutes later, I went back and was ignored by 4 receptionists who just kept walking past. "The whole place needs massive renovations and did not jusify paying over 3100 euros for a 1 bedroom apartment. Considering the week after (we went on UK half term) the price drops to a third of a price, I would consider it a total rip off and taking customers for a ride. The owners admitted they are going through a 4 Million euro renovation project next summer which goes to show the state Alpina property. Don't go there until it is renovated in 2026. "

"The property its not worth of advetising thru expedia. The place is horrible. Doent even have towels, sheets and basic stuff. We wont be paying expedia or the owner! This is scam!!"

It was strange not to have a sink in the toilet area in the apartment, this seems like a strange design to me. The kitchen had all sorts of pots, plates, and everything needed for cooking. "The apartment had not been cleaned. There was no bedding. We reported this to the number we had and the room got cleaned but there was still no bedding. We went out for dinner and when we returned the bedding was in a bag outside the door so we had to make our own beds at 1 am. Not acceptable. It was also very noisy. Contacted the hotel to see if they would provide a refund but no response. "

Great value ski accommodation

"Stayed in the residence - self catered apartments - which have been nicely modernised over the last few years. Basic setup but has everything you need for a ski trip , and the property is right next to the lifts so virtually ski-in, ski-out. Value for money can’t be beaten anywhere in the alps. Decent choice of bars and restaurants in the vicinity and the wider town. "
