"Stated aircon but it didnt work and barely blew out air. The room was cool with two floors but we did find some dark black hairs around and the doormat wasn't clean. Quite a few dead flies in the room and on the aircon unit. The carpark had dog poo in multiple places on the parking areas, walk way ..."

"Having had to pay for parking to check in at the named hotel, we then travelled to the apartment. On arrival having again paid for parking, we went into the apartment and found the bedroom with unmade dirty sheets and dirty towels in the bathroom.
