"Nice swimming pool and big clean room with big bathroom (we had a family studio). Staff very friendly and big underground car park available on site. The only thing is that given the location you need the car to go out for dining, shopping and to the beach, but this goes without saying if you look at where the hotel is located on the map."

"The property was ideally placed for access to local transport networks to easily get around and see the best of Nice. Due to its location (just across the road) from the beach it was slightly more pricey than I would have liked due to the condition of the property. For examples some light switch covers kept falling off, the sofa bed was dated, and the railing in one of the lifts was very loose/broken, but the location easily made up for it. "The staff at Heliotel are the best: helpful, informative, professional, brand loyal and discreet. Check in was seamless and staff dealt with a few room issues well and fairly. Customer service must be their goal which is superb. From the cleaning staff to the front desk, the staff are superb. "I have stayed 7 nights and relied on public transports in order to visit Nice, Cannes and Monaco. The breakfast wasn't great, but I did take coffees upstairs to the accommodation and had some pastries I bought at the supermarket nearby. There were thunderstorms at some point and I had to stay indoors, and it was quiet and relaxing and I just watched Netflix. "The staff is very friendly, you can get a taxi if needed in one to five minutes. The sea is only a few blocks away. There is a grocery store a block down, a pharmacy across the street, easy walk to the train station, and although the wallpaper is a bit odd, the room is nice and clean. I would add another trash can in the main area and give Americans a way to work through the television process, but otherwise it was perfect!"

"Property is perfectly located for Antibes old town, antibes and beaches on bothe the east and west coasts. Plenty of places to eat and drink, buy groceries etc. Accomodation had just about everything we required for 2 people but 4 would be a struggle. Good views, pleasant staff. Very happy to return."

"I thought the people at reception were lovely and welcoming as well as helpful. The view from the room was stunning and the bed was large and comfortable. My real issue was the fact that the loo just had a sliding door— unsealed, the wash basin was in the room as was the shower. OK for a young couple but the lack of privacy would be difficult for friends or couples who don’t know each other too well."

Great Location for Old Town

"Great location for the Old Town & the many restaurants nearby. Close to the Promenade des Anglais so the beach too. Reception staff were very welcoming & helpful with any queries. Rooms were very nice & clean only slight issue is rooms overlooking the street can be noisy - overall a very nice hotel that we'd stay in again "

"We found the hotel easily, and from the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed. Isabel at the front desk greeted us warmly and took the time to explain all the hotel facilities, which made us feel at home right away. The room was excellent—spacious, clean, and incredibly comfortable. It had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed place to stay. We would gladly return in the future!"

Nice Crown Plaza great choice!

"Wonderful hotel right by Nice Airport so very convenient for flying out in the morning. The gym on the 9th floor was an added bonus as well! The Hotel staff, bar and restaurant staff were super friendly, spoke multiple languages and provided great service and my dinner was delicious! I would stay here again if I was flying in/out of Nice early in morning or late at night and needed nearby hotel. "
