"The chateau from the outside looks magnificent. After check in there is no assistance with luggage. No elevator. Walked up three flights of dangerous floors. The room needs some attention. The bathroom door wouldn’t even close. "

"Extremely rude and unprofessional receptionist. The photos of the hotel do not describe the property correctly. While you can see the hotel building on the photos, our room was in some low rise (1 floor) building which you enter from the outside. The bathroom was renovated except for the floor tiles which have seen better days (the same tiles were in the room as well). The room had such a strong chemical smell that was there to probably mask some other smell, which unfortunately was still coming...

"Room was on third floor, no elevator. Shower was tiny. Shower head very low. No soap holder. Leak around the sink. The only chair in the room was broken. Decoration was non existent. An old, badly kept room. I would not recommend this hotel. "

"This is comfortable auberge with spacious rooms - a good place to explore the Normandy region. There was an issue with the dinner which I had paid for however didn't seem to show up in the booking. However the problem was very quickly resolved jointly by both Hotels.com and the the Auberge owner. I'm very satisfied with the promptness and the customer service of Hotels.com."

"We stayed in the zen room. There was a separate en suite toilet and bathroom. Jean-Marc and Patricia were very sweet hosts and had thought of everything you could wish for in the property.
