"We’ve been staying at the Divani Apollon Palace & Thalasso for almost 20 years. It’s always been our little “hidden gem,” especially while most of our friends opt to stay closer to central Athens. Last year, we noticed a few hiccups—reduced staffing, less attentiveness around the pool, and some decline in room quality. But this year, everything changed—for the better! From the moment we checked in, the warm and genuine Greek hospitality returned. We felt that traditional “home” feeling we’ve always loved. The rooms were spotless and, as always, offered breathtaking views of the ocean. The pool area has been completely redone and looks absolutely stunning. The entire space feels refreshed and inviting. The staff—especially Denai and Petros, along with others whose names escape me—were incredible. They anticipated our needs before we even asked. Their attentiveness and care made us feel truly valued. Evenings at the bar and restaurant were a highlight. Great atmosphere, excellent food, and exceptional service. Highly recommend. Absolutely amazing. We can’t wait to return."

"When I arrived Kathleen was working at the desk and she was so helpful and charming. My room was available immediately but normally you have to wait until check-in time as I arrived from Montreal first thing in the morning and was exhausted .....what an exceptional and thankful arrival. The room was perfect in every regard. I was staying for 2 days and Despina and Vaso were so helpful in searches for beaches, shopping, transportation. They truly went out of their way to help me which was so appreciated as I am 75 solo lady from Canada. You are all the best and many thanks as I will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone."
