I picked this hotel because it has the Wyndham name associated with it. That was a huge disappointment! Here is a list of the issues: No elevator Uneven stairs Dark stairs to the ice maker Shower plumbing fixtures loose and open at the wall Dirty carpet with worn spots to the backing Beds were awful, hard as the floor, you could feel the coils and wire that wrapped around the outside of the mattress Pillows were so small and flat flat flat! We had to ask for a hair dryer (it was stolen from the room) Junk cars (flat tires, missing tires, and looked lived in) around the property The website listed hot breakfast, it was a "TO GO BREAKFAST" that wasn't there. No fruit, protein bars, juice, nothing! 2 small towels, 2 washclothes for 2 people There was construction for roof repairs and the workers parked vehicles across several parking spaces. Work vehicles were parked behind guest vehicles. There were no saftey signs or barriers up to prevent people from entering the work area. The staff was helpful!

When we arrived Saturday afternoon we were met by a smiling and welcoming young man "Guna". He remained that evening and early next morning. Then "Hatel" greeted us after breakfast and before we left. I must say that smiling friendly faces make a HUGE difference in life! And we were very grateful for them. Also the facilities and our room were very clean with a welcoming environment! Thanks sooo very much!

I was on the second floor and had to walk up the stairs outside to get to my room - there is no elevator in the lobby leading to the other levels. Very strange and unsafe.

This property was requested because it has a pool,well the pool has been shut down for repairs that they have no plans on making ,the building should be knocked down,it's disgusting,and in disrepair,uninhabitable and there's no way you could rebuild it with out burning it down first

The staff was not all that great they couldn’t really answer any questions that I had being new to the area. The breakfast was not breakfast all they had was a small bread with coffee they just put out I was looking forward to that. My family checked out and drove home a night early and willingly ate the cost. Everyone we encountered at the front desk was rude. I never give bad reviews and constantly give people the benefit of the doubt, but there was no excuse for this place. The toilet wouldnt flush, the tv only had two channels, the A/C was stuck on one temp, there were roaches and the whole place reeked of weed. Breakfast was usually an apple or banana and a granola bar. These were brought out a couple at a time. The back section of the hotel was mostly boarded up and looked like it belonged on the worst part of skid row. Someone from Wyndham corporate should really stop by unannounced and check this place out. If you're lucky they'll still the handwritten note stuck on the front door stating that they have no empty rooms, even though people who came in and asked if rooms were available were told yes and given all the options of single/double, smoking/nonsmoking. If you're visiting Fort Sill and need a place to stay, trust me, this isnt it.

The property is getting an upgrade and it's pretty awesome it's been 11 years it's good to see the owners are doing this. And we didn't like that the pool felt like the artic it was cold, and that the bed creaked. And the toilet ran a lot.

It was quiet, clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The staff was excellent. The rooms need updating and no real breakfast. The coffee was very good. If you’re going to boot camp graduation it’s a great place to stay. Just 10 minutes to the gates and 15 minutes to the airport.

The room I was originally in had black mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. I asked to move rooms and they didn't no arguments which makes me feel like they know and don't care. The room the put me into looked like they tried to remodel and did a piss poor job. Paid $303 for 3 night absolutely not even close to worth it. Also breakfast consist of sunny d you pour yourself and sun valley bar or honey bun, what a joke!

I am very easy to please, but I have to say this was the worse hotel I have ever experienced. Bathroom was filthy, shower head barely worked, as I pulled the bed cover, I realized the sheets were yellow and smelled of grease and had hair on them, they obviously not replaced. The carpet was absolutely appalling, as were the condition of the air conditioner, walls, baseboards and furniture. The entire property reeked of majiruana, strange people were hanging about the stairs and the front of the house staff was less than capable. I would like to file a formal complaint and request a full refund.

False advertisement!! Rather stay in a trash can than this disgusting nightmare! The place is unsanitary, disgusting and terrible customer service who did nothing other than ROB me. This place has crack heads everywhere so don't plan to sleep during your stay, nevermind blood stained bed sheets or used kotex in trash smelling up the $97 room. Couldn't even sit down on the bed because of the filthiness, try to imagine what germs weren't visible. I don't ever complain but I felt very unsafe, uncomfortable and ripped off as soon as I discovered the blood on the bed sheets. I went down to ask for my money back and was told no, non refundable. I stayed out in a parking lot inside my car until daylight when I returned the key and asked again for either my money back, was told manager will call me which never happened. Don't book here,, it's terrible

The only good thing was the pool. It was over 100 degrees when we stayed and it was refreshing but when we went to take shower in room, shower wouldnt come on...floor planks kept lifting and tripped us multiple times. Complimentary breakfast was....none. i was expecting something like cereal or oatmeal, if not some pancakes or waffles- especially when i got there when it opened...but....nope...granola bar and fruit, and they had 1 mrs.freshleys hunny bun that was smashed and looked like it was expired and some sunny d, coffee, or tea. I had 5 ppl who wanted breakfast...smh disappointing. The linen was stained or dirty too. And finally, the room had a bad odor that wouldnt go away. Invest in automatic air freshner systems, or make a priority to spray rooms often with freshner. Or provide it. Bad ventilation.
