A beautifully well run hotel

Second visit to this lovely hotel in the heart of the Black Forest. We chose a Superior Mountain View room which had a large balcony overlooking the village and mountain back drop. The room was large with luxury fittings. The restaurant is in the pricey side and there could be more choice of options. It is not open at lunch or on Sunday night.

J'ai passé un séjour d'une nuit, super agréable, l'hôtel est bien équipé et le spa était propre et bien équipé également. Dans ce spa il y a 2 zones avec et sans textile correctement indiqués. Le restaurant est plutot correct mais c'est pas le point fort de l'hôtel en globalité. Le personnel est également très cordial et à l'écoute.

Hôtel très agréable

Nous avons séjourné un week end, la chambre était spacieuse, très propre. L'ensemble de l'établissement est très soigné. L'espace piscine, spa et détente est très agréable avec jacuzzi et bains de soleil également à l'extérieur. L'établissement est situé dans un cadre de verdure très calme. Le seul hic... Nous avons mangé au restaurant de l'hôtel, les plats sont bons, mais vous avez une très longue attente : 2 heures en moyenne pour toutes les tables (et il n'était pas plein).

Zimmer sind sehr schön eingerichtet. Leider die Nachtschränke mit kl. Härcen bewohnt. Bad: Hottelföhn sehr schmutzig und verstaubt. Heizkörper sind verstaubt (schon länger nicht gereinigt). Sauna und Schwimmbad wie auch Ruheraum absolut TOP. Leider muss ich sagen das ich an einem Vormitag 3 Std. gnaz alleine in den Bereichen war: Von Personal oder wie auch überwachung habe ich niemanden gesehne. Deshalb Punkto sicherheit -- mangelhaft. Bei ankuft hat der 2te Aufzug nicht funktioniert, und da es wie ein Labürint war zum Zimmer zu kommen war es mühsam sich zurechtzufinden. Auch nachdem ich zu Rezeption zurückgegangen bin hat mich keiner zum Zimmer begleitet, da muste ich mich in dem Labürint zurechtfinden nachdem auch das Licht auf dem Sockwerk nicht funktionierte. Komisch war es auf jeden Fall. Das Bett und die Kissen sind sehr einladend und bequm. Frühstück war auch Top mit reichlich ausahl.

Essen im Restaurant war nicht befriedigend, kleine Portionen - großer Preis, geschmacklich viel Luft nach oben. Frühstück eher 2- 3 Sterne mäßig, keine Auswahl, kalte lange stehendes Rührei und die Brötchen nicht frisch und keine Auswahl an Vollkorn. Das Zimmer war sehr schön, groß und sauber. Wellness auch sehr schön, nur zwei Handtücher für Sauna, Liege und Pool nicht machbar, kam aber auch niemand mal vorbei im Bad/Sauna Bereich um nach dem Rechten zu sehen. Wir waren schon ein paar Mal im diesem Hotel, nur leider lässt es immer mehr nach. Sehr schade, ist sonst ein sehr schönes Hotel

Prima hotel maar spa valt tegen

Prima hotel met mooie lichte kamers. Kamer en ontbijt prima. De spa viel een beetje tegen. Grote droge sauna en wat ligstoelen dat is het. Er zijn in de buurt hotels met een meer uitgebreide spa.
