Loved the location, convenience, proximity to transit, dining, and shopping. It was a little noisy at night and sometimes the smell of cigarette smoke from the street would come through an open window. I suppose that's the tradeoff for being in a popular part of town.

I would have rated this property excellent, however, no hot water in bath/shower during 2 night stay. Staff tried to address but was unable to do so. Told us hotel was full and could not change our room. Provided us with bucket to transfer hot water from sink to tub.

Good location and very kind and honest staff

I was so happy that I chose this hotel to stay. The staff are extremely nice and room was very clean. I did not have time to have breakfast and I told that to a staff. She gave me some bags to take bread and fruits with me and gave me a juice pack as well. Also, I left my errings in my room and the hotel called me right away to let me know. I was so happy to receive this call and they are willing to send me the earrings back to me. Very kind and honest staff.
