"A spacious hotel with ample free parking for residents. Checking in was very professional, with clear direction how to getcti your room. My room spacious, well equipped and comfortable. Free wifi. Refridgerator and coffee, tea etc. Fresh milk and chilled water were available from a drink dispenser. Breakfast service is fantastic and was included with my room price. All staff I had contact with were very friendly and professional."

"Amazing room warm and cosy spacious matteress was a little soft for me but only a little thing on the overall stay . Lovely and quiet great tea tray and shower gels handwashes etc of a great quality (john lewis) , brilliant wifi and free and good freeview tv with good signal... overall great country cottage feel. Loved it will defo stay again"

They said they would send me a email explaining what had happened however i have Never received this. Secondly my 15 year old brother lifted his mattress as we could smell something and it smelt like sewage. It got to 2 in the morning and the room next to us were partying all night. There were stains on the walls, stains on the carpets the rooms smelt like damp...
