"Clean, excellent room & good service"

"Our pre Christmas stay at Neiburgs Hotel was magical from start to finish. As well as the wonderful Riga Christmas market being on our doorstep, all the staff were lovely and super helpful. We were upgraded to a corner room which included a little kitchen and a luxurious bathroom as well as a seating area and a very comfortable bed. We had everything we needed and more. You have to prebook to use the spa downstairs but this means that you have exclusive use of the area. I also booked in for a massage which was a great experience. There was a wide. Variety of options at breakfast and again helpful staff. The central location meant that we could easily get out and see all that Riga has to offer. We loved our stay!"

"What a wonderful hotel! From the moment I walked in, I felt very welcomed. The staff was superb....very professional and extremely well-mannered. I have seldom ever been treated with such courtesy or respect as I experienced from the staff at this hotel! The buffet breakfast was fabulous...the room, wonderful! My only regret was having to check-out and leave!"

"Great location to Old Town Riga and the Christmas Market. Staff was wonderful. Parking was cheap and easy which was a huge bonus since Riga is very difficult to find a parking space. Nice quiet hotel. Only complaint was the mattresses. We got the 3 twin bed room because our grown son was with us. The beds were like sleeping on hard cots. If they got new mattresses it would've made it the perfect experience! But loved the location, and the town of Riga was my favorite from our trip to the Baltics. Best Christmas Market ever! "

"The woman that checked us in was so sweet and kind, it set a wonderful tone for our visit. The hotel is walking distance from the terminals at Riga International Airport. My only recommendation would be a sign on the terminal side of the building that said "Sky High". "
