"Room was wonderful, very clean and everything you needed. Rain shower and big bubble tub. Fridge being stocked was hit and miss, but bar was close. Lots of bars. Lots of activities. Musical guests were ok. Food was good for the most part. Property was way away from everything in the area. $85 pesos ride to town. Not really convenient to walk anywhere from the resort. Staff was good mostly. Some bar tenders were not nice. Pool water was very warm. Chairs at the pool were often saved and left...

"9/10 for the hotel in general, and the beach club! We truely only had one issue with our stay....the front desk evening/night manager! We asked for ice 7/7 nights. We only had ice brought to us on 2 nights, and that is only because the beach club manager spoke to the evening front desk staff and arranged it. The next evening front desk said yes he would bring it then didn't. So incredibly frustrating when I needed the ice for medication! This hotel is a hidden gem, the staff at the beach...
