"Capitán Max is a fantastic place to have as your base on Santa Cruz Island. The rooms are clean and big, breakfast is nice, and the staff are incredible. Lourdes, who greeted us when we arrived and was in contact with us during our stay was incredibly helpful. She recommended us things to do, helped us understand how to get places and even booked our ferries to the other islands for us. "

"Plaza Luna Suites is family-owned and operated. It's very welcoming, like the way a hostel might, but is upscale. The breakfast was lovely every day with a variety of choices and fresh food. Every staff member i interacted with was warm and friendly. The restaurant/bar next door has loud music in the evenings, but it's not unbearable. The location is perfect and central to everything. I would definitely recommend staying here and I will stay here again, if I ever get a chance to return!"

"Boutique hotel with nice pool and hot tubs surrounded by lots of green and coloured trees. Very close to Santa Cruz restaurants and shops. Definitely recommend this hotel. Nice staff and good breakfast and served at the table."

They absolutely added to the specialness of our honeymoon. "More hostel than hotel, but therein lies the charm. The location is a short walk to everything. The complimentary breakfast is like being at a family members house when they make breakfast for you as a guest. You get what they serve you, but delicious. "Amazing place. Really clean and quiet. I loved everything, including the puppy that lives there! Would definitely come back. The main avenue was really close to Lava House, so you can come and go as you please and it just takes a couple minutes to reach the main bay. Overall I had a great experience with this place."
