"Hotel grande, buenas piscinas y personal amable, .... pero ya está. Un buffet muy escaso y la única protección para el covid era que la gente se ponga mascarilla, mucha gente por todos lados en el comedor y la comida no viene tapada ni te la sirve el personal del hotel, es decir, un buffet en el que la gente coge lo que quiera como ha sido toda la vida. "When we arrived we were greeted by our host, shown our room which was large and had a king sized bed which was very comfortable, also with a sofa bed, patio doors onto a private balcony overlooking the mountains. There was no snow close by but we were assured it may snow anytime. A very enjoyable experience. Thank you"

Disappointed

"We booked a Junior Suite for one night. The room was basic. The curtains were untidy. The plug in the bathroom sink did not fit. We were not made aware that the restaurant would not be open for dinner in the evening. On checkout at 10am reception was unattended, so we left our key on the desk. There was another resident waiting in Reception who seemed to have a problem and needed attention but had been waiting sometime. The hotel is very noisy and not at all restful. "

Great value hotel

"Simple hotel on the edge of Orgiva. Recommend top floor rooms with a large terrace and a balcony to enjoy the view over the surrounding mountains. Room was large, spotlessly clean and with a great bathroom. Would have appreciated a hairdryer, modern pillows and better soap and towels but all in all it was great value"
