The Staff is everything here! Extremely helpful & polite. We spend at least 3 months a year traveling & this Drury Inn is outstanding & Las Cruces is a hidden gem! We’ve found our new lodgings when we pass through Las Cruces.

The employees are outstanding. That’s why we continue to come back. Tyler is just the best (kind, helpful and cares about what he does) and the gentleman that was working the night we came in was super kind. There were a few things we weren’t big fans of (the bed was not great and there were some sketchy folks hanging out in the parking lot that weren’t guests).

Friendly front desk personnel at check in and out. Kick Back food was better than other 2 Drury's I stayed at this trip. Drinks were inconsistent; first was ok; second was weak; third ... 'where's the rum'. Beat out, just barely, Home2Suites (amarillo) for grayest linens and towels. When I started the tub/shower water, it was medium brown with a significant amount of debris. It eased a bit but did not disappear from the tub outlet. When I switched to the shower head. no debris and the water was almost clear.

I have never stayed in such a noisy hotel! People sounded like they were stomping down the halls and in their rooms. We could hear a dog whining in the room next to ours. Kids running down the halls and other room doors slamming so hard it rattled our room door. Obviously no sound-proofing in this building. I could feel the floor of my room shake with some of the noises. Our window faced Interstate 10 which was also noisy. Bed was comfortable, cocktail hour was great, but I would’ve rather been in a hotel with better insulation and noise control.
