"A beautiful resort with very friendly staff that is always happy to help and provide service. Lots of dining options, with really good food, without the long lines and wait times that often plague all-inclusive resorts. Great bars and service as well. Beautiful beach with lots of sunbeds and shade. Our little one loved the activities at the Kids club and the staff was very friendly and accomodating. Overall one of the best hotels we have stayed. "Property has a great layout and lots of pools. It has a good set up for couples and families. The resort needs to put some attention to the pools and conditions of the pools. There are many spots where the pools need repair or repairs are failing and create areas where you can get cut. Tiles are loose and one night a lady tripped and fell to her face as a result. "Check-in was delayed by almost an hour due to high occupancy and this was inconvenient, but probably rare. Otherwise, I liked it a lot. I was on the 11th floor with a King bed. The view was amazing. And the bed was extremely comfortable. I am still thinking of the bed, 12 hours after checkout. The towels were also excellent. And I can confirm that it was spotless clean."

"The property deserves five stars. There’s plenty of eating options and they are very good ones at that. The pool environment is excellent. The Concierge’s white glove service I received as a VIP was incredible and Garza is on top of its game. Highly recommended."

"It was a Lovely room overlooking the pool, however we did not have a balcony. I was happy there was a bath tub! What a treat:) the pool was cool but refreshing… there was noise out in the poolside after folks come back from the bar… also above us there was a chair or table being moved often through the night… food was great and the breakfast buffet was impressive!! "

"I really enjoyed staying here. There was a Mayan theme throughout the hotel. The spa was nice and affordable and the pool open all night was fun. They are under some construction (but some who might be upset over this might not be as focused on the fun parts of their vacation) which is noticeable but didn’t mess with my stay. The staff was so attentive and friendly, they went above and beyond to check in with us. There are close restaurants and cafes, and it’s close to the beach or to travel to Isla Mujeres. wished there were more towels (we got one ant an time) and the lighting was dim. I would definitely recommend this place to others. Be prepared for a lively night life too. "

"I liked everything about the Jardin hotel , a small hotel but big hospitality , every person at the desk was friendly and always with a smile . I stayed in the hotel in 2023 and again in 2024 and both times always welcomed and comfortable and when i return to cancun again in 2025 , i will stay at the Jardin hotel , as mentioned it is small so they serve breakfast or orther things like that but where they are located everything is within a short walking distance . Decent people with a good hotel , ny first impression of it was kind of average but i didnt know anything about cancun or anything in the city , but after my second stay i got a better idea of cancun and things and while on my second dicovered people from all different parts of yhe world come to the jardin hotel . I suggest it to every body for a good clean wholesome hotel to stay for your vusit , vacation or what have . Five stars from me .😀"
