"Joel and Cidelia were amazing hosts who treated us like family. Joel built his home and the sky domes from scratch. We had the wonderful opportunity to cook with Cidelia and have dinner with their family. The domes were awesome. It does get a little cold, but they were more than accommodating with blankets. Be prepared to glamp. The location and views were amazing. We enjoyed beer and a beautiful view overlooking the valley on the mini bar near our sky dome. "

"Awful-there was no road access to the building-had to walk each day with luggage to the hotel from a distant adjacent road for 10plus minutes.COULD NOT BELIEVE IT.Contacted hotel.com immediately-Nothing was resolved to our satisfaction-A REAL let down from HOTEL.COM.To top it off, there was no hot water or at times electricity..Non accessibility to hotel due to construction was not disclosed at all.Pictures are really deceptive."

"Booked the house for 3 weeks. Arrived in Perou with my 3 kids, the house was not available due to renovation. No one to answer phone and mail. In front of the house in Perou I had to rebook everything during my vacation. Took me time and much more expensive that I have planned. "

"If you can’t do the Belmond in Valle Segrado, this is the next best choice. Albiet an older property, the grounds are lovely and to our great delight an alpaca on site. "the room and bathroom were both spacious and clean, all of the staff was fantastic, and the breakfast was the best ive had at any of the hotels on my trip so far. Its close to all the inca sites and the main street in town, and close to the train station as well, but far enough away where it is still quiet and easy to sleep! 10/10 wpuld stay here again"

"my stay at the vertical Sky was amazing! the staff, where very nice, the food was delicious, the view on the room was breath taking, waking up at the sacred valley view was such a great experience, so happy that I found this place, if i ever go back to peru this would be the highlight of my trip again, and i highly recommend this place."
