"I was not actually able to stay at this location. I had my reservation, but a few hours before my arrival, I got a note through hotels.com that they are unable to accommodate me because they overbooked. They offered for me sleep in a tent on their location. I thought that was strange, but upon asking for a refund, I was never contacted again."

"Proximity to MTR , shops all around ,banks, restaurants tram 40 feet a way .very pleased that we had chosen this hotel . No complaints .Every day house keeping ,new towels slippers and water . You will not regret the experience . "
"We had a wonderful family trip to this hotel with our adult children and teenager. We chose one of the spacious rooms, which was actually three rooms connected. Everyone was comfortable and had three bathrooms. The hotel provided basic breakfast, but some of us sometimes complemented it with a Starbucks at the corner of the street. It’s conveniently located near the tramway, bus stop, and Sheung Wan metro station. Laundry machines are available. The friendly staff made our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this place."
