"We had a wonderful welcome for a last minute booking thanks to the staff at the Royal Garden Hotel nearby! This was due to a terrible mess made by Hotels.com!!! We changed our stay date by one day and could only get a virtual assistant that assured us the dates were changed. We arrived to find the original date was canceled but no new one made and the hotel was fully booked!!! Un acceptable Hotels.com!!! Thank you to both hotels involved to help us out after a long flight!!"

"Beautiful resort. It’s a lot like the Grand Floridian, except more affordable! The lobby is stunning and be sure to grab a drink and enjoy the water view while listening to the piano playing in the afternoon. I was surprised the outdoor pools did not have water in them in March and when it was nearly 80 degrees. I wanted nothing more than to take an afternoon break and swim in the pool. It’s a super short walk to the park. Don’t bother with the bus. The walk from the bus drop off point is almost as long as walking straight from the hotel. "

"Perfect stay for our layover. It’s in the airport so you don’t need to leave from the airport and just rest for the next flight. The breakfast is amazing! The staff is so helpful and kind. Taxi service is in front of the hotel and the staff is very professional and kind. We will come back again! "
