"Château le Bouïs is a truly spectacular gem of a winery and property outside of Narbonne in the Occitania region of southern France. Nestled into the foothills overlooking the valley and sea the service, restaurant and experience was amazing! Wine tasting every day from 5:30-7:30 to take in the delicious vintages they produce. "We had a very pleasant stay. This hotel is surrounded by a huge garden of trees, hedges, and shrubs, quite unique in an urban hotel. While not in the center of Montpellier, it is located near the river with its clean and well tended pedestrian boulevard; a very nice 15 minute walk into town. Very old-world shabby-chic! I recommend this unusual hotel."
