"Very pleasant, clean, modern hotel. Room was comfortable and well equipped. Pool area was immaculate. Convenient for trains, trams and buses. We had been a little worried about possible noise from trains but the window was very well soundproofed and we were not disturbed at all, even though our particular room overlooked the station - a fascinating, ever-changing view. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Would definitely stay again."

"Loved this relatively new build apartment hotel. Staff are so friendly and helpful and the accommodation is high quality and well maintained. My only slight disappointment is that the few English speaking channels in the tv were all news related. But I know you are supposed to be doing things and not watching tv all the time. Still a couple of movie channels would be helpful fill in down time."

"We visited during Euro 2024 and were looking for a place between Düsseldorf and Gelsenkirschen. We found on expedia this nice hotel/apartment and it was a great desicion. The price was much lower than in the host cities and it was perfect for us. We didn't have time to check the Jacuzzi and the sauna. We may do it in our next visit...."

"The hotel is well appointed with a seperate drive in entrance. There are a LOT of rooms here, but all are large for a city centre hotel. Well decorated, comfy bed and modern bathroom. Only minor point is that the lift is a little complicated to operate. You'll see what I mean. And all the TV stations were in German, no other languages available. There was a bit of a queue at check in but the staff dealt with it well. A big smile on the guy at check out so very friendly. I would recommend this...
