"This is a fine hotel for the price with a good, well-appointed room inc unusual toilet radio. The staff were superb: manager Marko was most helpful all the time and the chef made a delicious veggie meal off menu just for me! Amazing. Big drawback is its remote location, about 1k from the station; no taxis on Langeoog, so it's a long way to hike your bag."

"Zum Jahreswechsel 2017/2018 entschlossen wir uns, auf eine Insel zu flüchten - hierfür ist Langeoog wie geschaffen! Problemlose Anreise durch die tiedenunabhängige (und auch wenig durch Sturm eingeschränkte) Fährverbindung samt Inselbahn, nettes Insel-Flair, schöne Wanderungen am Strand auch bei Schietwetter und gute Shopping-Möglichkeiten. Ein Tipp insbesondere zu Neujahr: unbedingt das Heimatmuseum "Seemannshus" (im Standesamt) besuchen, hier wird man traditionell mit einem "Kurzen" begrüßt...
